would like to offer you a preview of Borgoiano, a unique resort
which offers an entirely new way of enjoying a country

peace of an authentic rural Tuscan
"borgo", sharing in the life of the local inhabitants
rather than only being guests for a short period. Borgoiano
is located on a favorable position at nearly the same distance
from the three most important Tuscan cities of art:
Florence, Pisa and Siena (50 km) which are easily reachable
by car in an hour. Borgoiano is an agritouristic
structure made up of 23 apartments. It has been planned keeping
in mind its target customers: families, individual tourists,
professional people and managers who want to take both a relaxing
holiday and a very stimulating cultural one. Borgoiano extends
for 30.000 sqm on a hilly area, which was previously an olive
grove, at the border of wood hundreds of years old, 20 hectares
of which are at the guests' sole disposal with its trekking
paths and resting areas. Borgoiano is situated at 340m sea
level, in the commune of Montaione in Val d'Elsa,
at 18 km from Volterra and 20 km from San Gimignano,
in a well known area in the past as it was crossed by the
Via Francigena, a medieval route which connected Italy with
Northern Europe. Borgoiano is equipped with a private swimming
pool with a hydromassage bath and private tennis court, which
are at the guests'disposal as well as the many mountain-bikes.
