 Cancellation policy

 From the moment of your reservation (even the day after) :
 - If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive  within 50 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 30% of the  entire amount will be applied.
 - If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive  between 49-30 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 50% of  the entire amount will be applied.
 - If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive  between 29-10 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 70% of  the entire amount will be applied.
 - If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive  between 9-0 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 100% of  the entire amount will be applied.
 - If the guest fails to arrive and does not communicate in advance  via fax or e-mail or phone the failure to arrive, a cancellation fee of  100% of the amount will be applied.
