The
old oil mill in Bossi was build during XVII century
by the inhabitants of the village, whowere almost
200 at that time. The upperpart was used as olive
store whereas the millstones were located at the lower
floor: the olives ran down through a hopper, which
can still be seen under the right chimney top.
