Each apartment is provided with: pillows, linens blankets and towels.
Towels are changed once a week.
All the kitchen are equipped with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, utensils and glasses for the numbers of occupants listed. At your arrival you will find a small quantity of consumables (such as soaps, detergents and toilet tissues) in the apartment.
During the rest of the stay they are at the client’s responsibility and not included as part of the rental.

• Check out: within 10 a.m.
• Minimum stay: 7 nights in high season, no minimum stay in       medium and low season (rates upon request)
• Booking deposit: 30% of the amount or credit card as warranty      instead of booking deposit
• Damage deposit: € 200 (apartments); € 300 (Casa Pozzo, Casa      Pietra)

Cancellation policy

• 41 days before arriving: 30% of the amount
• from 40 to 31 days before arriving: 50% of the amount
• from 30 to 11 days before arriving: 70% of the amount
• 10 days before arriving: 100% of the amount
