Casa Villa

Casa Villa is an independent rural house set in a panoramic position up on the hill. The views is beautifull on the surrounding Chianti hills as well as on region of Valdarno and the mountain of Vallombrosa.
The house sleeps 16 persons in 8 bedrooms (6 bathrooms with shower). It has a big kitchen (55 mq) equipped for up 20 people and a vaulted room ideal for meetings and activities.
The villa is exquisitely furnished, with beautifull wool beamed ceiling and terracotta floors.
Casa Villa has a nice garden outside equipped with tables, chairs, sun-umbrellas and barbecues, it has private parking and access to the swimming pool (50 mt).

It's possible rent the whole house or a part of it, as the house has been restored thinking to families who want have holiday together but with ts own privacy or for groups.

That's why is possible to divide the house and have four independent apartments each with its privacy and services (kitchen, bathrooms, garden):

- Piccionaia (6 pax) - first Floor
- Camino (4 pax) - first Floor
- Piccolo (2/4 pax) - main floor
- Giardino (4 pax) - main Floor

Casa Guardia

Casa Guardia 2 (7/9 pax) is an independent home attached to the back of the Villa. It has been restored in 2003. It consists of: 2 double rooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single room, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room with double sofa bed. The apartment is provided of dishing and washing machine, color TV and private little garden outside with table, chairs and pavilion. For its structure is perfect for once or two families.

Fonte Lecceta

Fonte Lecceta (2/4 persons). This an old hay-loft part of a property to the back of the Villa. It has been restored in 2003. Charming independent home on 2 floors for 2 to 4 persons.

Ground floor: entrance, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower.

Second floor: large living/dining room with sofa bed and kitchen. This room has a special character given by the fact that it takes all of the second floor of the hay-loft, with view from one side to the other through large windows. It also has beamed celeings.
Dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven. Outside area with table and chairs.

Fienile

This is an old hay-loft in front of Casa Villa, just restored in 2003. Charming independent home on 2 floors for 4 to 6 persons. Outside area with table and chairs.

Ground floor: entrance, large living/dining room with sofa bed and kitchen, master bedroom (queen bed), 2 bathrooms with shower. One of the bathrooms is wheel-chair accessible. Dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven.

Second floor: bedroom with double beds.
