tasting:
for a while you'll absorbed in the art of
making wine. Tour the farm's vineyards and visit
wine making cellar. Tasting of the farm's produce,
including Chainti Classico wine, olive oil, pecorino
cheese.

your hand at preparing spinach gnocchi, vegetable
quiche and a luscious dessert of country nut cake.

small secrets about making home-made pasta and delectable
sauces.

enjoy a typical Tuscan cuisine with farm-fresh seasonal
ingredients and home-made preparations.

palato" - Light lunch in fattoria:
you will enjoy an appetizer dish and a pasta served
with all our wines.

vendemmiare" - Grape harvesting:
in October time join us to the grape harvest and have
lunch with all the fresh goods of our estate: olives,
pecorino cheese, grilled sausages etc.
L'arte "cogliere
l'oliva" - Olive harvesting:
in November time spend a time picking up olives on
the trees and having lunch with cheeses, grilled meat,
sausages and bruschetta:
(normally second and third week of November)
All tours include the
wine tasting and the visit to the wine cellar (maximum
of 12 persons). No limit for the wine tasting.
