Filari 1

An area of 100 sqm and a furnished garden in the back. It has a living room, two bathrooms, kichen and three bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds, the second and the third with double beds, if necessary they can be separated. The living room has a fireplace. The wood is included in the prices. The central heating is not in function from May untill October 15th as prescribed by law, in the other period could be provided after payment. The two bathrooms have their showers but don't have a bathtube. The apartement has a washing machine. The kitchen is furnished, including flatware. it has an electric oven. The stovetop is gas plus one electric eye. The apartment has been restaured, manteing when possible its original features and highlighting its rural structure - brik work, dry stone walls.

Filari 2

A one room flat divided in two areas by an arcade, kitchen, and bathroom are separated. An area of about 45 sq. mt., plus an upper terrace of about 45 sq. mt. too. It has an attached courtyard in front of the flat with a panoramic view on the volley, in common with the property. The sleeping area includes a double bed which can be divided if required. The bathroom has a shower but does not have a bathtub, The apartment does not have a washing machinery but it is possible to use the washing machinery of the property if requested. The kitchen is furnished, including flatware. The stovetop is gas. It has a an electric eye oven. The central heating is not in functio in the period from May until October 15, as prescribed by law. In other period could be provided after payment. Furnishing has been chosen with care and tastefully for their confort and compatibily with their surroudings.
A swimming-pool 14x5.5 m. with a beautiful panoramic view is available (June – September) to the gests of "I Filari".
At the end of the stay the gests have to leave the apartment clean and in order.
