La Quiete

A few centuries ago, this house was a tower defending the street that from Pistoia went to Fucecchio and Empoli, rebuild in the XIX century, it was the summer house of the owner, that also built the attached farmers houses. This house is divided in two floors. Downstairs the living-dining room, one bathroom with shower, the kitchen and the old sitting room with fireplace.

Upstairs, we have two double bedrooms, one twin bedded room, one single bedroom and the spacious complete bathroom with shower stall. This house have a big garden in front of the door, a beautiful pergola, with barbeque and the 13 sqm terrace with a fantastic view. All the forniture inside are original. Should you need it, this house can be connected with Alba.

Alba

This house consists of four rooms: the kitchen in the beginning, then the sitting room, the double bedroom, and the bathroom with shower stall. In the sitting room there is the sofa-bed that gives one more double bed. This cool house is perfect for couples and for couples with children. A door connects/divides the house, with La Quiete, should you need a bigger house for 9/10 people.

Il Baio

This is our largest house, and it's the first of the three that were forming the farming building. Il Baio has its private entrance in to the sitting-dining room, with sofas and fireplace, a door open on the right into the full equipped kitchen with elettric oven, and on the left to the staircase that give access to the first floor.
Upstairs on the left, the first bedroom, a double bedroom, and near, the twin bedded room; the next door opens into the big bathroom, with shower stall. All the forniture inside are original, and the furnished private space is in front of the house under the pergola, near the barbeque.

Le Macine

La Macine is between Il Baio and La Terrazza, and it's perfect for three people. The main door opens in the beautiful sitting room, with sofa and fireplace, then a door opens into the ful equipped kitchen, with electric oven. The staircase goes upstair to the first floor.
On the first floor, there are three roooms.
On the left, the single bedroom, then the full equipped bathroom with shower stall, and opening the next door, you will be in the double bedroom. From the windows, a fantastic view. This indipendent house has its private entrance, and its private space under the pergola.

La Terrazza

La Terrazza has the best view because it has the terrace. Being our house on the top of the hill, the terrace is a balcony over the world. Downstairs there is the sitting room with the fireplace, and an arch open to the kitchen. Between the two floors, a door goes out to the terrace. Upstairs, the twin bedded room, the full equipped bathroom with shower stall, and the double bedrooom. This house has not its pergola, because you can use the terrace, providing it total privacy, but it has the use of common barbeque. Naturally you'll also have the use of the shared swimming pool.
