Podere
Scurcoli, in the Crete Senesi area,
is located on a quiet corner of the Siena's countryside,
30 km from Siena, approximately midway between the
towns of Asciano and Rapolano.
It's also only 90 kms far from Firenze and 70 kms
from Perugia. The estate consists of two houses, located
on the top of a hill that is surrounded by 70 ha well-kept
fields and small lake suitable for fishing. The road
connecting Asciano to Ropolano runs along the property
