| The
210 sqm villa doesn't seem like a stable
anymore. It has 2 floors: in the first one, at
the entrance, youwill find a sunny veranda,
a double sitting room-studio with a fireplace,
the satellite TV, inside a piece of furniture,
and at your right a large, beautiful eat-in kitchen
very well equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave,
toaster, mixer etc.
From the kitchen you can go outside under a pergola
where in summer time you can eat and cook your
lunch or dinner in a barbeque.
Next to the kitchen there is the laundry,
with the washing machine, the tumble dryer and
the iron. In the first floor there is a big tube
bathroom. When you will go upstairs you will find
4 beautiful rooms with twin bed that you can choose
to have them double.
One of the 4 room is bigger then the other and
has a sofa which can be use as a third bed. In
the second floor there are 2 bathrooms with a
very large shower each. Everything in the house
is very functional (there is even a central vacuum)
but at the same time the owners, who live and
use the Villa in wintertime, did a very painstaking
job in furnishing it with antiques. Each room
has the telephone with direct dial and intercom,
a wooden floor and a ceiling fan. You will find
the plug for your computer modem and for
the TV in each room. From the roof ,
which is a terrace, you will be delighted from
the very beautiful sight of the surrounding hills
and little old village built on the top. Volterra
is the most impressive. Here there is even a telescope
and at night you will be able to admire the beautiful
