Prices include:


• Chef and his staff available for breakfast, lunch and dinner
• 2 chambermaids and one to turn over the beds at night
• 2 waiters for service during breakfast, lunch and dinner and who    attend to the gardens and the swimming pool
• An assistant to organise any bookings in the surroundings
• Water, light and gas consumption
• Final cleaning
• Heating
• House linen (bed, bath, kitchen)
• Firewood

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 
  • Check in: from 15.00 p.m.
  • Check out: within 11.30 a.m.
  • Minimum stay: 7 nights in very high and high season; 5 nights in     medium season and 4 nights in low season
  • Booking deposit and balance: 50% of weekly rental fee to be     paid upon confirmation of the reservation; remaining 50% of     weekly rental fee to be paid 60 days prior to client's arrival
  • Opening period: all the year
  • Damage deposit:  € 5.500 to be kept at company office and     returned to client after departure only upon receiving authorisation     from Castello di Magona

  Cancellation policy

  • within 90 days before arriving: 50% of the deposit
  • 89 - 60 days before arriving: 25% of the deposit
  • 60 - 0 days before arriving: 100% of the deposit
