to hire 3 horses, only by experts and of age. The
caretaker lives in an apartment next to the villa.

lawn and bathroom with shower. Upper fl.: entrance
with fireplace, living room (TV) with marble fireplace,
dining room, ancient restored kitchen from where,
going up 5 stairs, you enter the present kitchen (oven,
freezer, dishwasher), laundry room (washing machine).

(120 cm wide bed) that is a passageway to one study
