Abt. 1 km Arezzo (all kinds of shops), 30 km the Etruscan city of Cortona and Lake Trasimeno, 50 km Perugia and 50 km Siena, 65 km Florence. 600 m from horse riding, 35 km golf course. Views over the countryside. Peaceful position. There is a garden to the front of the villa and a lawn with equipped swimming pool (8x16) (15/5-30/9) with changing room and showers too. Comfortable furniture with some period pieces. The caretaker and his family lives in an apartment next to the villa. 4 hours/day of cleaning help (from Monday to Friday for the bedrooms and bathrooms - hours to be agreed upon) are included in the price. A cook is available, to be requested when booking.
