TuscanyOk.com operates as a broker between the accommodation appearing on this catalogue and on-line tourists wishing to make a reservation. Booking amounts are directly paid to the accommodation's owners.

The following steps are necessary to book:

STEP 1 - Look up our catalogue and choose your lodging. If               you can’t find any suitable accommodation, you               can click on our Vacation Planner service: we’ll               help you to find the accommodation you need.

STEP 2 - Go to the booking page of the accommodation you               chose and ask for availability by filling in the form               or by sending an e-mail to the indicated address.               Our booking system automatically sorts the mail to               there quested accommodation.

              Please note: read carefully “Terms and conditions”               you find into the price page, as well as "Privacy               Terms" and “TuscanyOk.com Liability” you find at              the bottom of the booking page.
                          
STEP 3 - Please read the e-mail we will send you within 24-               36 hours, concerning the availability of the               accommodation you chose.

STEP 4 - If you are going to make a reservation, just               answer thee-mail to confirm your booking               intention.

STEP 5 - Read the e-mail we’ll send you, dealing with the               payment methods you can use to pay the booking               deposit and block the reservation.

              Please note: the booking deposit is not paid to               TuscanyOk.com but directly paid to the               accommodation, even though you choose to pay               by credit card using our secure server.               TuscanyOk.com operates as a broker between               customers and accommodations and is not               responsible for anycontractual relations between               customers and accommodation's owners.
            
STEP 6 - If you choose to pay by bank transfer or postal               order, please send a copy of the payment bill by               fax (fax number: 00 39 0574 - 816297) or by               e-mail to assistenza@tuscanyok.com. If you               choose to payby using our secure server, we’ll               send you an e- mail confirming the successful               result of your paymentas soon as you fill in the               form and submit  your data. You can also send               your credit card data by fax, linkingup to the               address you find into the e-mail.

STEP 7 - Print and keep the “booking coupon” e-mail we               will send you after receiving a copy of your               payment bill ory our credit card data: you’ll have to               show it at the check in.
