As well as farmhouses, this kind of accommodation is generally situated in the country or anyway out of town, with the difference that villas offer you the possibility to be more or less on your own. It means they are, for the most part, self-catering accommodation located on a property inhabitated by the owners. You can rent apartments in villa as well as the whole structure: in this case there will be no interaction with other vacationers. However, villas have sometimes the same characteristic features of farmhouses, with the difference that they offer much higher quality standards.

Generally placed in the country, at the seaside or anyway out of town, holiday homes are, for the most part, self-catering accommodation located on a property inhabitated by the owners. From cabins to chalets to seaside cottages, holiday homes offer the same privacy as villas at a lower price.
