the farm's olive grove, while on the other it
takes in the entire Val di Chiana. The ceiling
features wood beams and terracotta, and the
floors are in aged wood. The doors as well as
the forniture are all traditional antique Tuscan.
The double bed, king-sized,
is an unique handmade piece in wrought
iron which if needed can be separated
into twin beds. The walls are whitewashed antique
rose, while the curtains and linens are of off-white
cotton. In the bathroom with shower, the floor
is in crushed earthenware reproduced using the
materials and ancient techniques of the Etruscans.
The bowl which serves as a wash basin on boards
which were originally used as a manager in the
farm's barn. |

and a bench becomes a child’s
bed. In the period bathroom, the
floor is in crushed earthenware
reproduced using the materials and
ancient techniques of the Etruscans.
The porcelain bathtub is an antique,
as are the graniglie (tiles? marble
chips, grit) on the walls. |
